Mini PC DB news - June 2016
You might have read about laser keyboards and mini PC's with built-in tiny projectors and I guess it was only a matter of time until someone connected the two into a single product.
And someone just did, as images with a prototype featuring an Bay Trail Z3735F SoC just surfaced.
Will this device come to light? Hard to tell, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a project on Kickstarter or Indiegogo soon featuring this mini PC, most likely with a Z8300, Z8500 or even Z8350 SoC.
Zidoo X9S teaser
Zidoo is working on their most expected (and powerful) device - Zidoo X9S.
Until now we have just a few PCB pictures for this Realtek RTD1295 device, but here's an exclusive picture right from one of the engineers - rendering HDR content with X9S.
Zidoo X6 Pro firmware update
Speaking about Zidoo, they are about to release a new FW version for the X6 Pro Mini PC.
The firmware is ready, but it has to go through some tests before being sent via OTA.
If you own an X6 Pro, you should see the 1.0.38 update in a week or so.
You can read all about this new firmware update on the Zidoo forum.
