Amlogic S912
Amlogic S912 will definitely be taking a sizable portion of our articles in the fall and we'll be reviewing at least one of the S912 Mini PC's in the coming months. Until then let's see what other Amlogic S912 mini PC's are going to be announced.
Today we start with Acemax M12N, a good looking Mini PC with 2G RAM, 16GB EMMC, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual channel WIFI 2.4GHz/5.8GHz.
Acemax opted for a nice looking case, with what seems to be a large on/off button and two status LED's for device status and network on the front, nice rounded corners and a big wi-fi antenna for a stronger signal.

Acemax M12N
There's an asterisk on the Gigabit part on the specs and that's because the initial S912 samples from Amlogic are reportedly working in 10/100 mode, although the SoC should have no issues with Gigabit speeds. This will most likely be solved before the devices will hit the market.
Other than that, Acemax M12N looks to take full advantage of the S912 SoC - a better GPU, HDMI 2.0, VP9-10 Profile-2 up to 4Kx2K 60fps, H.265 HEVC MP-10 L5.1 up to 4Kx2K 60fps, HDR10 and HLG HDR processing and many other things we will test at the right time.
Update: Acemax M12N is available on GearBest for $69.99.
