The Amlogic S905 SoC and it's quad core 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 CPU (up to 2.0 GHz) and penta-core ARM Mali-450 GPU (up to 750Mhz) is by far the most popular SoC (at least on MiniPCDB, based on the number of devices that use it).

Folks at Sunvell had launched a quite successful S905 model before (Sunvell T95), so T95M is a newer model (don't know what "M" stands for though).

T95M comes in two variants, with 1GB or 2GB of RAM.
