Realtek RTD1295
We've known for a while that Xtreamer was working on their own RTD1295 Mini PC, and the results are looking quite impressive.
Xtreamer eXpress seems a good looking device, has a large metal case with an 3.5'' HDD slot, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band wi-fi (with two external antennas), USB 3.1 Type-C (host and slave).

Xtreamer eXpress Mini PC
We can guess some of the features based on the SoC and the previous Xtreamer devices:
- - HDMI-in recording (DVR function), with up-to 1080p@60 Hz, on HDD or cloud
- - NAS function (thanks to the OpenWRT implementation)
- - mobile mirroring and streaming (MiraCast, Beamer, AllCast, AirPlay)
- - PC mirroring (remote desktop with SplashTop)
- - File management with AirStream and AirDroid
One thing I noticed is that Xtreamer does not brag about the fact that device is fanless (as I would expect from precious Xtreamer dvices), but a fan is not mentioned either.
Xtreamer eXpress is one of the first to use an USB 3.1 Type-C port and although it still comes with a classic IR remote, Xtreamer does offer the early birders a 20€ incentive : their new AirMouse, Xtreamer AirMouse2.
eXpress is now on presale on Xtreamer's own online store and will be available roughly one month from now (Oct 20) at an introductory price of €149. Note that the Airmouse included during presale and after that the price might increase to 179€.
Shipping is done from Honk Kong, so based on your location you might have to pay VAT duties as well.
